John Fairlamb

It wouldn't be called Fairlamb Orbital without our namesake astronomer Dr. John Fairlamb.

After obtaining his Ph.D. in 2015 from the University of Leeds he began dabbling in software development in the rail sector. That eventually led him to working with Pan-STARRS as a software engineer. This is where his love and expertise in astronomy combined with his professional software skills. The result, was huge improvements to their Near Earth Objects discovery pipeline.
